I draw on a variety of therapeutic modalities in session including Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Processing (AEDP), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together we will engage in insightful discussions about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences while making meaningful interpretations and connections. We will also focus on nervous system regulation through mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic based practices. This holistic approach ensures that we address your needs from multiple angles, providing a more comprehensive and effective therapeutic experience.
